After launch, $50/month covers hosting and changes. Text me when something needs to move — new hours, new menu item, new photo. I handle it. Like having a developer on your team for $50 a month.

FAQ§ 05
The questions everyone asks.
Hosting and standard updates — text changes, image swaps, menu and price updates, business hours, promotions, minor layout tweaks. Bigger systems (booking, online ordering, e-commerce, AI chatbots) are quoted separately.
You do. Your content is yours. Your domain is yours — you either bring one you already own or pick one and register it in your name (I'll help you find a good one if you want). If you cancel, you keep both.
No contract. Cancel any time. The site stays online for the rest of the paid month. If you've been with me for a year or more, I'll hand over the site files so you can host them anywhere you like. Before then, the build stays mine — that's what keeps the upfront work free.
Quoted separately. Send a text and I'll scope it out — most advanced features have a one-time build fee plus a small monthly adjustment for hosting and updates.
Most standard text or image changes go live the same day if I see them before the afternoon. Bigger layout tweaks or new sections may take a day or two.

Because I believe a real website shouldn't be a luxury reserved for companies with big budgets. Local businesses keep neighborhoods alive — the deli, the doctor, the dentist, the workshop, the studio. They deserve an online home that reflects what they actually do, not a $5,000 quote that scares them off. So I build it first. If it helps your business, you keep it for $50/month. If it doesn't, you walk away with nothing to lose.
